Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience in end-to-end implementation with special emphasis on requirement gathering, as-is and to-be blueprinting, slution design / blueprint, UAT and product testing, deployment, training and end user post go-live support
Ability to drive design discussions including conducting Conference Room Pilot s, decision papers and process defination documents
Substantial amount of client place experience at large industry leading corporationgs
Skilled client handling, expectations management
Experience as work straem/module lead (for team lead/assistant manager candidates)
Preference for specialised industry solution skills or on business processes
